How do I book a Slumber Squad party?

Start by building your party package online. Choose the package, service level, theme, guest count and extras, then create a quote. The team will check availability and confirm the final booking details.

Are prices shown before I enquire?

Yes. Starting prices are shown on package cards and the live estimate updates as you choose the package, guest count and extras. Final pricing may change if travel, access, custom styling or additional services are required.

Why is the online quote called a guide price?

The online quote is a guide because availability, travel, setup requirements, venue access and custom requests may need to be reviewed by the team before the booking is confirmed.

Do you charge per guest or per package?

Some sleepover packages are priced per guest, while picnic, spa, bell tent and add-on services may use a fixed package guide price. The package builder calculates the current estimate based on the pricing style set in the CRM.

Do you set everything up?

Luxury service includes delivery, styling, setup, breakdown and pickup. Delivered DIY and self-collect DIY options may also be available depending on the package and location.

What party packages do you offer?

The Slumber Squad offers slumber parties, teepee sleepovers, spa parties, picnic parties, tea parties, outdoor bell tent parties, glamping setups, adult parties, holiday decorating and optional add-ons.

Can I choose a theme?

Yes. You can choose from available Slumber Squad themes or select a custom color palette. Theme availability may depend on the package, date and current equipment stock.

Can I request a custom color palette?

Yes. Choose the custom color palette option in the builder and add your ideas in the notes box. The team will confirm what can be achieved before finalising the booking.

Can I add extras to my party?

Yes. Extras such as balloon garlands, personalized PJs, tea sets, spa add-ons, teepee lounge setups and movie-night add-ons can be added where available.

Can I add extras after receiving my quote?

Yes, subject to availability. Extras can be added to the quote or invoiced separately if the booking has already been confirmed.

Is my date held after I create a quote?

No. Dates are only secured once The Slumber Squad confirms availability and the required payment or deposit has been received.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A booking/security deposit may be required to secure the date. The final deposit and balance terms will be confirmed with the booking quote and hire agreement.

What areas do you cover?

The Slumber Squad serves customers within its normal catchment area. Enquiries outside the catchment may still be considered, but additional travel fees or minimum booking values may apply.

Can you travel outside the normal service area?

Sometimes. The CRM includes a catchment setting so the team can check distance and decide whether a booking is suitable. Travel charges may apply for longer-distance events.

What information do I need to provide?

You should provide the package type, theme, guest count, event date, address, setup notes, access details and any important information about the party space.

How much space do I need?

Space requirements depend on the package and number of guests. Please make sure the setup area is clear, clean and ready before arrival, and include notes about stairs, parking or tight access.

Can the setup be outdoors?

Outdoor bell tents, picnics and glamping packages may be available, but they depend on weather, ground conditions, access and suitable setup space.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Outdoor bookings may need to be adjusted, postponed or cancelled depending on the package and weather conditions. Weather terms should be checked in the booking agreement.

Do you supervise the party?

No. The Slumber Squad provides hire equipment, styling, setup and collection. Adults responsible for the event must supervise children and guests throughout the hire period.

Who is responsible for the equipment?

The customer is responsible for the hired equipment during the rental period. Damage, loss, missing items or heavily soiled equipment may result in charges or loss of security bond.

Can food, drinks or face paint be used near the setup?

Customers should avoid anything likely to stain or damage hired items, including face paint, nail polish, gum, smoking, pets, sharp objects and messy food or drink near the equipment.

How long is the hire period?

Hire length depends on the package and service level. Setup and collection times will be confirmed by the team before the booking is finalised.

Can I change my quote later?

Yes. Your saved quote can be reopened, shared and adjusted. You can also message the team on WhatsApp to request changes before payment.

Can I pay online?

The website is prepared for online payment requests. Once payment links are connected, customers will be able to pay deposits or balances online from their quote/payment page.
